A Postdoctoral Position Available

A postdoctoral position is available for qualified candidate in the Central Department of Biotechnology, Tribhuvan University, Nepal, to work in a research project in the area of Microbial Biodiversity and Natural Products. Interested candidate with a PhD degree in relevant subject which is earned within past 10 years or with a postdoctoral position held within past 5 years, a proven track record of research publication and experience in the field of Microbial biodiversity and natural product research is invited to apply.

The position is for two years and is subject to grant funding availability. Please apply before3lst March, 2017.

Tentative Starting Date: 1st May 2017

Fellowship to be expected: NRs. 30,000 per month [Funding by separate Fellowship of UGC and selection will be done by UGC under recommendation of CDBT]
